CAPABILITY BUILT FROM THE WORK

Helping people who know the task
learn how to improve it.

Our coaching approach draws on internal experience at QIYU, where non-coding employees developed work-related automation tools through AI training and coaching. This informs the method; it is not a claim of measured U.S. dealership results.

HOW WE WORK

A clear question.
A practical next step.

Your business goal comes first. Scope, people, evidence and operating responsibility connect every part of the work.

Agree scope, responsibilities and the simplest suitable way to proceed.

03

Work with your team.

Deliver the advice, coaching, content or technical work in the agreed engagement.

04

Review what changed.

Check the result, effort and actual use. Decide what to continue, revise or stop.

This is a delivery method—not a required purchasing sequence. Defined video and workflow projects can begin directly.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Before we begin.

How is the champions program different from Agentic AI Solutions?

The champions program develops your people. Choosing a first project, learning to use approved tools and checking the result are part of that coaching. Agentic AI Solutions is a separate technical practice: automotive knowledge and data, agent behavior, tool access, integration and operating controls. A champion can be the business owner of an agentic project without being responsible for its engineering.

Are you a consulting firm or a technology vendor?

AINERGY provides strategy, coaching and scoped execution. We help choose an appropriate approach and support the work agreed with your team. We work alongside your existing technology; we do not offer a replacement CRM or DMS.

Can we start with a video or workflow project?

Yes. A defined production, campaign or workflow need can be scoped directly. You do not have to buy executive advisory or an ongoing Office contract first.

Do our AI champions need to be developers?

Prior coding experience is not a prerequisite for entry. We select tasks around the participant, the available support and the operating risk. Complex technical work is reviewed and scoped separately.

Will we have to replace our existing systems?

Not by default. We first examine existing capabilities and approved ways to connect or supplement them. Any replacement or integration needs its own business and technical case.

What would you need from our team?

A business sponsor, the people who know the task, agreed working time and appropriate information. Data access, tools, review and production responsibilities are defined before the relevant work starts.

How do you judge whether the work helped?

Measures depend on the engagement: decision quality, participant capability, actual usage, production effort, workflow quality or customer-response measures. We agree the baseline and review method at the start rather than promise a universal percentage improvement.
